Crab Roe Shrimp Balls – 1 pack
Cheese Stuffed Squid Balls – 1 pack
Crab Sticks – 1 pack

Other ingredients:

Fresh shrimp, squid, clams: 200g each
Enoki mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, morning glory, napa cabbage
Lemongrass, chili, kaffir lime leaves, garlic
Thai hotpot seasoning (or pre-packaged hotpot base)
Vermicelli or noodles

Preparation Steps

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients

Clean and cut shrimp and squid into bite-sized pieces
Soak clams in salt water to remove sand
